PERKS! Program

LUCKY SEVEN PERKS! PROGRAM:

The PERKS! Program (“Program”) is available for customers of Lucky Seven General Store and Sporting Goods department and Little Brown Jug Stores. The program rules are the sole discretion of Edwards Oil Inc. dba Lucky Seven General Stores. The program is open only to individuals who are sixteen 16 years of age and older who have enrolled in the Program and provided us with a valid email address and other information. The Lucky Seven PERKS! Program is not targeted toward, or intended for use by anyone under age 16. If you are between the age of 16 and 17, you may only join the program with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Your Lucky Seven PERKS! account (“Account”) is issued by Edwards Oil Inc. (herein after “we,” “our” or “us”) located in Virginia, MN. The terms and conditions set forth herein govern the Program (“Program Rules”). In these Program Rules, “you” or “your” or “members” means all persons responsible for complying with these Program Rules, including natural persons, companies, and other business entities, whether or not incorporated, or the person or party who applied for the Account, or any person you authorize to use your Account.  

ENROLLMENT:

To become enrolled, you must meet the terms for participation established by us and obtain a Lucky Seven PERKS! card.  You acknowledge that Edwards Oil and our companies may use the information you provide during program enrollment as a way to communicate program changes, rewards, coupons, special offers, promotions and event tickets.  You may choose to opt-out of any of these communications by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any e-mail.

A customer needs to acquire a PERKS! card from a store attendant who will ACTIVATE the card at the register and provide an opportunity to immediately REGISTER and set up the account from a local kiosk.  Customers will begin earning rewards once a card is ACTIVATED and presented to the store attendant before paying for each transaction. 

Acctivation of a card does not link a card to a member or allow us to redeem rewards.  Acctivated cards allow us to issue rewards.  Registration of a card allows us to provide the rewards to a member. Therefore you must become MEMBER by REGISTERING your PERKS! card.   REGISTRATION and setting up an account mean the same thing.  Cards can be registered at our in-store kiosk or on-line at www.luckysevengeneralstores.com/perks.  and supplying a valid email address and other required information.  You will also need set up an ALT ID number – we recommend a cell phone number as an Alt ID.  

You may only have one Account linked to your name/business.   Trying to link additional accounts to your name will result in points being forfeited and/or your account deactivated.   Your PERKS! Reward card and Alt ID are how we identify you and keep track of your rewards and redemptions.  Either form of identification will work at the gas pump or in-store but cards are preferred as your Alt-ID will not you to earn the immediate reward in the form of a fuel discount that a PERKS! PAY DEBIT AND REWARD card will.  Your membership in the Program will be renewed automatically each year on January 1st as long as your account is open and active or, at our sole discretion, until we give notice of the program’s cancellation, or your account is deactivated.  The Program is not subject to an annual program fee.

PERKS! REWARD CARD UPGRADE TO PERKS! PAY DEBIT CARD AND REWARD CARD:

While registering to become a PERKS! Reward Member you may UPGRADE this your reward card to a PERKS PAY DEBIT AND REWARD CARD by linking your PERKS! Reward Account and supplying your driver’s license and banking information at www.luckyseven.poweredbyzipline.com/enroll. This is a secure site will allow you to have one card for rewards and payment. Upgrading your card to PERKS! PAY DEBIT AND REWARD is totally optional and not a requirement of the PERKS! Reward Program.   However upgrading your card to a PERKS PAY DEBIT card  provides you a reward component that rolls back the pump price a minimum of three cents per gallon every day and more on select days.

Once your information is entered, the processor will perform a test charge draft of $.01and then a return credit on your bank account to confirm the validity of your banking information. This may take a few days for both transactions to occur.  When you see both transactions appear,  members may then use their PERKS! card for both payment and reward activity.

The PERKS! Pay Debit Program is not subject to an annual program fee. This is a secure program administered by a third party.  Edwards Oil and our affiliates have no access to your banking account, payment transactions or account information. PERKS! REWARD CATEGORY SUMMARY:

By REGISTERING in the Program as a member, you will be able be eligible for rewards in a number of ways:

Welcome to Lucky Seven PERKS! ! REGISTRATION REWARD:

For the first 30 days after your card is REGISTERED; customers are entitled to receive a REGISTRATION reward of up to 10 cents per gallon at the pump and will earn points toward a 5% Lucky Buck In Store Credit for all qualified purchases including gasoline.  Rewards can be redeemed after an ACTIVATED card is REGISTERED. The gas discount is made up of two components; a limited time, 7 cent per gallon discount as a PREKS! Reward and a permanent 3 cent per gallon PERKS! PAY DEBIT reward if upgraded.

After registration, you will be sent an email once your account is set up and a free in-store offer will be sent to your email as a confirmation.

The PERKS! Welcome and Registration rewards are made after the confirmation is received.  This also allows any previously accumulated rewards to be redeemed.  Presenting  either your card or Alt-ID before the transaction closes will allow the system to credit and send any reward to your account.   After your Welcome! Registration Reward has reached 30 days then the PERKS! Reward Program is as follows and comprises various components including:

  1.  “My Visit” Reward:  Reward “Tiers” are based on the number of store visits made in the current month. The more times you visit us in a month improves your discount tier.   Members earn “Lucky Bucks” at the “Regular” Tier level; and earn progressive gas discounts at the Premium and Top Tier visit levels.   At the end of the current month, the program provides the same earned Tier discounts for the entire following month. 
  2.  “My Fuel” Reward:  members earn cents per gallon discounts by, among other things, purchasing qualified products at Lucky Seven General Stores, Sporting Goods and Little Brown Jug stores where you can earn one-time gas discounts ranging from 3-20 cents per gallon as advertised.
  3. “My Club” Reward: members earn punches for purchases of advertised products where after the purchase of a specified number of similar items, the member earns one free.
  4. “Lucky Bucks In-Store Credit” Reward: for each gallon of gas purchased and for purchases of qualified in-store items. After 200 points are earned , each member will have a $2 in-store credit that can be applied to any item in the store.
  5. “My Ticket Reward” Reward: each visit earns chances to win tickets to sporting events, movies, concerts, amusement parks when made available to Edwards and when a member enrolls.
  6. My CouponsReward: electronic manufacture coupons will be delivered to members as made available by manufactures who also have the PERKS! app.
  7. “PERKS! Pay Debit Card” Reward:  Members may UPGRADE their PERKS! Reward card to a debit payment card and earn a minimum of 3 cents price rollback at the gas pump in addition to any reward earned in options a)-f) above.

YOUR ACCOUNT SETUP:

Once your Lucky Seven PERKS! card is activated by the store attended and registered by you at www.luckysevengeneralstores.com/perks; with a valid e-mail address, other required information and an Alt ID, we will establish an Account in your name.

We may refuse to grant to you, and you may not use, a username (or e-mail address) that is already being used by someone else, that may be construed as impersonating another person, that belongs to another person, that we determine may violate the intellectual property or other rights of any person, that is offensive in our sole determination, or that we reject for any other reason in our sole discretion. You agree to provide us with, and keep up-to-date, accurate, truthful and complete account information (including, but not limited to your e-mail address).

You may only collect PERKS! In one account. Your account is non-transferable and may not be sold, combined or otherwise shared with another person, except as provided in this paragraph. If you violate these terms and conditions, commit fraud or falsify information in connection with your use

of the Program in our sole discretion, we may deactivate and/or terminate your Account, and you will forfeit any pending current or future Rewards. You may elect to close your Account at any time by notifying us at  www.luckysevengeneralstores.com/contactus/  any rights to redeem PERKS! from that Account are lost.

ACCOUNT STATUS:

Your account status is communicated to you three ways:

  1. Paper Receipt: With each purchase using your PERKS! Reward Card or Alt-ID; the receipt from either the cash register or pump will include your current status of all components of the PERKS! program except for the PERKS! Pay Debit component.  PERKS! Pay Debit Rewards are provided immediately at the pump when using your upgraded PERKS! PAY DEBIT AND REWARD card.  For privacy, paper receipts will not have information concerning your PERKS! Pay Debit account status – only the immediate transaction.  For debit  detail you would need go on-line or call our processor and administrator at 844.227.3622. This number is also on the back of your PERKS! DEBIT PAY card.
  2. On-Line:  www.luckysevengeneralstores.com/perks will provide your current status in the PERKS! Reward program.  It will not provide information about your PERKS! Pay Debit status.  For debit information log on to www.luckyseven.poweredbyzipline.com or calling our processor and administrator at 844.227.3622 .  The number is also on the back of your card under PERKS! PAY DEBIT.
  3. Smart Phone App: Once downloaded and registered, your app will have your current reward information.  Your PERKS! app will not have information concerning your PERKS! PAY Debit account.  You would need to log-in to the secure website www.luckyseven.poweredbyzipline.com or by calling our debit card processor and administrator at 844.227.3622.

EARNING REWARDS-PROGRAM RULES:

Gas Discounts: 

The PERKS! Reward and PERKS! Pay Debit programs were designed to reward Members at the pump.  All gas discounts earned in any of the components that involve a gas discount (My Visits, My Fuel Rewards, Perks Pay Debit) are cumulative.  Depending on your purchasing habits, the number of store visits, and if you upgrade your PERKS Reward card to a PERKS! Pay Debit card; discounts could be sizable.  Technology limits will not allow fuel to be discounted below $.019 per gallon.  By using either your PERKS card or an Alt ID at the pump, you will be identified and reminded of your current gas discount status and asked if you want to use the discount.  You may choose not to use the discount on the present transactions but all gas discounts have an expiration and once expired are not available for future use.

My Visit Rewards: A visit credit is earned after a purchase in-store or at the gasoline dispenser. Only one visit credit may be earned in any period of two consecutive hours. Additional purchases occurring within two hours of the last visit earned may not receive a visit credit but may earn other PERKS! Rewards.

Visit credit accumulation will begin on the day your account is activated, a purchase is made, and your PERKS! card is swiped; however, you cannot start redeeming a My Visit Reward! until you register with the program.  Each visit credit in the current month gets you closer to earning a monthly gas discount to be applied to all gas purchases made in the following month.  In addition, once the My Visit reward is achieved or improved on in the current month, the member will also be eligible for the improved gas discount on the next gas purchase in the current month.  

One My Visit! base level and two enhanced levels exist. The first base level is the “Regular” level where “Lucky Bucks” are earned and visit rewards accumulation begins.  The Premium level and first gas discount reward level of 3 cents per gallon is earned after 4 visits, starting with the 5th visit.  Lucky Buck rewards continue to accumulate at the PREMIUM level. The third level is the TOP TIER level which starts after 10 visits or on the 11th visit. Lucky Bucks continue to accumulate at the TOP TIER level. 

In the current month, if your My Visit! Reward achieves either PREMIUM or TOP TIER status then you will be entitled to the higher gas discount on your next gas purchase.  The highest level that you achieve in the current month would be the reward level provided in the following month.  

The Welcome to Perks! Registration reward provides an immediate gas discount for members and allows them to build up their My Visit! Reward credits, Lucky Bucks In Store Credit! And other rewards during in the first 30 days.  The Welcome Registration would supersede the My Visit Reward until the Registration reward expires.  You will be provided a notification regarding your My Visit status 1 week prior to month end so you can increase your visits to achieve, maintain or improve your status for the following month.

My Fuel Perks!: In addition to gas discounts earned under My Visits! Reward, My Fuel Perks! Rewards may be earned by a one-time purchase of a qualified products at any Lucky Seven General Store, Lucky Seven Sporting Goods, Little Brown Jug.  My Fuel Perks! Rewards are “stackable” discounts in denominations of .03, .05, .07, .10, .15 and .20 cents per gallon. My Fuel Perks! Fuel discount accumulation will begin after account activation and are redeemable the day after you purchase a My Fuel Perks! Item – provided your account has been registered on line.   Items with an associated My Fuel Perks! Reward will be advertised in store, on the app and on our website along with the gas discount associated with each item. You will be notified when a discount is available.  Discounts should be used within two weeks to avoid expiration and are limited to 15 gallons of fuel.  Technology limitations do not allow the minimum pump price to be less than .019/gallon. 

Lucky Bucks! In-Store Credit Reward: With every gallon of gas you purchase and every qualifying in-store purchase you earn  Lucky Bucks points.  The more points that you earn the closer you get to earning an in-store credit.  Lucky Bucks! In Store Credit Rewards can be used toward any item inside the store including sporting goods, groceries, prepared food, liquor, bait and more.  Certain items are excluded including but not limited to pre-loaded gift cards,  ATM transactions, licenses, lottery and fuel.  You will be notified when you have accumulated a reward of $5.  Redeem your Lucky Bucks Rewards soon after you are notified.  Lucky Bucks rewards will expire but are valid for a minimum of two weeks after notification.  Lucky Bucks points will expire but are valid for a minimum 60 days after issuance.    

My Clubs! Rewards is an electronic “punch card”.  Electronic punches may be earned by purchasing the same item repeatedly until the items advertised reward level is met.  Then the next time the item is purchased you will be notified that the item can be purchased free of charge and offer you the option to purchase free of charge now or to wait.  Members should redeem their free item within two weeks of notification to avoid expiration.   Lucky Seven General Store, Lucky Seven Sporting Goods, Little Brown Jug. My Clubs! Reward accumulation will begin the first time you purchase a qualified item after your account is activated.  You cannot redeem an earned My Club! reward until after you register your account on-line.  My Club! Items and the number of purchases needed to earn a reward are advertised in-store, on the mobile app, or on our website.  This component of the program resets twice annually on July 1 and January 1

My Tickets!  Sweepstakes Reward:  These Rewards may be earned by participating in certain contests called My Ticket Rewards! and by taking certain actions or making certain purchases or actions  as specified by us.   You acknowledge that Edwards Oil and Lucky Seven General Stores may enter you into a contest without without your specific consent as your participation in the PERKS! program automatically gives us that consent.  Members under the age of 18 are prohibited from winning My Tickets! Reward. In all other cases members reserve the right to reject the reward.   

Entry into a My Tickets! Sweepstake Reward may be either visit based or purchase based at our discretion.

Contest entries will be closed approximately two weeks prior to the event date allowing us time to select and notify the potential winners. We will notify potential winners at the same time at least a week before the event by email if your name was picked as a potential winner.  The first potential winner to notify us and claim the prize in the form and manner indicated will win the prize.

PERKS! PAY DEBIT CARD REWARD:   Except where prohibited by law, if you are a holder of a Lucky Seven PERKS! Reward Card, you may UPGRADE your reward card to a PERKS! PAY DEBIT CARD.  A PERKS! PAY DEBIT account which is not in default, you will receive an instant pricing discount equal to three cents ($0.03) per gallon on all fuel purchases when you use the card for payment.   On certain days and for a limited time, the PERKS! Pay Debit gas discount may be increased.

REWARDS ACCUMULATION:

To earn rewards, you must swipe or scan your PERKS! Reward Card or enter your Alt-ID once the transaction has been initiated but before the transaction has been finalized. If you do not swipe your card or enter your Alt-ID the transaction cannot be recorded and credited to your account. We will not add rewards to a members account manually.

Rewards are issued for promotional purposes only. Rewards earned have no cash value. Rewards may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged to any third party.  Rewards cannot be transferred to another PERKS! Member. Members have no property rights or other legal interests in Rewards. Rewards from separately enrolled accounts may not be combined into one account. There is no maximum amount of Rewards that you can accumulate in the program.  All Rewards are subject to expiration. Rewards may only be earned in-store or at the fuel dispenser.

We have the right to monitor all account activity. If, in our sole discretion, we believe or suspect that you, or anyone using your card or account has engaged in any fraud, abuse or suspicious activity; failed to follow the program Rules; or made any misrepresentations, we reserve the right to close or freeze your account immediately, prohibit you from accruing and/or earning rewards on your account, and/or cause you to forfeit any rewards not already redeemed. If your rewards are cancelled or forfeited for any reason, we will not reinstate those rewards to your account. If your account is closed for

any reason, your membership in the program will be terminated. We have the right to deactivate accounts that have been inactive for 6 consecutive months. If we believe that you, or anyone using your card or account, has conducted any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable to us for monetary losses, including costs, and damages and reasonable attorneys’ fees, and you will not be allowed to participate in the program in the future.

REWARDS EXPIRATION:

My Visits! Rewards: At the end of the current month your My Visit! Reward resets to zero; however, the level that you attained in the current month (Regular, Premium or Top Tier) expires at the end of the month following the current month.  Then My Visits! Accumulate in the current month in the same manner and My Visits Rewards will be issued in the same manner for future months until the program ends or is modified by us.

My Fuel! Rewards and discounts earned prior to registration and any earned aftewards expire no less than two weeks after the reward is issued. My Fuel! Rewards are valid for a single use only up to no less than 15 gallons.  Any unused discounts are forfeited.  If you pump less than 15 gallons in a single transaction when redeeming your discounts, you immediately forfeit the discounts on those remaining un-pumped gallons.

Lucky Bucks! Points earned toward an In-Store Credit reward will expire no less than 60 days after it was issued.  Lucky Bucks In Store Credit Rewards will expire no less than two weeks after it was issued.

My Clubs! Punches, Accruals and Rewards expire on July 1 and Jan 1 of each year.

My Coupons! Rewards:  have varying expiration terms which will be defined by the separate terms of each promotion.

My Tickets! Sweepstakes entries will accumulate from the start date of the promotion to approximately  two weeks prior to the event date or as the advertised date allowing us time to select and notify potential winners. Potential winners will be notified by email no later than one week prior to the event.  The event winner will be the first to respond to the email.

REWARDS REDEMPTION:

Rewards earned will be available for use within twenty-four hours after you register and 24 hours after you earn your reward.  Your reward will be published on your account at www.luckysevengeneralstores.com/perks.  The availability of any additional rewards will be governed by the separate terms of that promotional or rewards offer. PERKS! Rewards will be redeemed on a first-earned, first-redeemed basis.  All PERKS! Rewards redemptions are final and may not be cancelled or changed. My Fuel PERKS! may be combined with various fuel discount promotions that discount fuel prices at the pump or in-store; however, technology limits prohibit us from offering a price per gallon below $0.019 per gallon.

Lucky Seven PERKS! PAY DEBIT CARD.  Except where prohibited by applicable law, if you are a holder of an upgraded or combined Lucky Seven PERKS! PAY DEBIT AND REWARD CARD account which is not in default, you will receive an instant pricing discount equal to three cents ($0.03) per gallon on all fuel purchases when you use the card for payment.   On certain days, the PERKS! Pay Debit gas discount may be increased.

PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS:

We reserve the right to approve, deny or revoke participation in the Program to any individual for any reason whatsoever on an immediate basis and without prior notice. If we determine that you have registered more than one (1) Account to your name/business, we reserve the right to terminate all of your Accounts without further notice.

PRIVACY:

RIGHT TO CHANGE/MODIFY/CANCEL:

We may cancel, modify, restrict, waive or terminate any of the Program Rules, including but not limited to the rules for earning and redeeming PERKS! Rewards and the expiration policy for PERKS! Rewards, at any time, with or without notice to you, even though these changes may affect your ability to use any Rewards you have already earned. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions of the program. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of any changes that we make to the  program and the program rules. The most current version of these program and program rules will be available on the website www.luckysevengeneralstores.com and will supersede all previous versions of these Program Rules.

TERMINATION:

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as we decide to terminate the Program. We may terminate the program at any time in our sole discretion. If we terminate the Program, we will notify you via the email address you supplied at the time of registration. Upon termination of the Program, your ability to earn additional PERKS! Rewards will terminate immediately, and you will have to use any available PERKS! Rewards remaining in your

Account prior to the expiration pursuant to the above-referenced expiration of Rewards.  After that date, any remaining Rewards will be forfeited without compensation. We reserve the right to deactivate your account after 6 consecutive months of no account activity.

PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITY AND STATEMENT OF NON-RELIANCE:

We make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning the program. By participating in the program, you accept and agree to be boundby these program pules, and you release us and our affiliates and partners from liability regarding any earning, redemption and use of rewards, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen or destroyed. You also expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to rely upon, and have not relied upon, any representation by us that is not expressly stated in these program rules.

PROGRAM VOID:

The Program is void where prohibited by federal, state or local law. These Program Rules (as we may amend them from time to time) set forth all the terms of the Program. We have no other obligation with respect to the Program beyond those described in these Program Rules
